At Zenva, we are committed to delivering your Wall Arts and Table Organizers efficiently. We exclusively serve customers within the United States.
1.Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within the United States.
- No hidden fees or taxes are added at checkout. All prices are listed in USD.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT).
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 Business Days.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@zenva.shop immediately. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the delivery address.
6. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact our support team or FedEx directly. We will assist you in opening an investigation to resolve the issue promptly.
