Refund policy

At Zenva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Wall Arts and Table Organizers. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Labels: The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. (Restocking Fee: $0.00).

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  • Contact us at support@zenva.shop with your order number.
  • Once approved, please ship your item to our business address: 2420 Columbia House Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661, United States.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like FedEx or UPS) to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@zenva.shop with photos. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no expense to the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card) within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order has been processed/shipped. Once an order is in the shipping phase, you must follow the standard return process.
